We understand that you are a busy person and that you need to take care of business as efficiently as possible. We also realize that you would like some reassurance that your request will be handled as timely as possible. FIRST TOUCH is our answer.

FIRST TOUCH starts when you call one of CRI's main telephone numbers and you are greeted by a real person in our Support Group.

Whether you need to report a trouble, request a MAC (Move, Add, Change) or request any of our support, training or consultation services, a member of our support group will be able to assist you and let you get back to your busy schedule.

Rest assured that your request will be handled as timely as possible. If you report a trouble or make a request for a MAC order, your CRI Support Representative will immediately issue you a ticket number and enter your request in our schedule. If, at any time, you have a question or need information concerning your request, you will have a ticket number for easy reference.

Concerned that your MAC request is too complex and large to be handled by our FIRST TOUCH personnel? Rest assured, all MAC requests will be reviewed by CRI's technical staff or Customer Service Representatives(CSR) within 8 hours. Should additional information be needed, a CSR will contact you. As soon as the technical review has been completed, a Support Representative will call you to confirm your scheduled date.
